A big part of my work is building strong motivation. You need it to achieve what you want in your life. Without it, you don’t want to even get up from your bed sometimes.
In fact, 80% of people setting their goals don't achieve them. I personally blame the lack of STRONG AND RELEVANT AND LASTING motivation.
Motivation is the desire that pushes you forward no matter what.
Motivation for your actions is like fuel for a car.
If you have a full tank, you can drive to the horizon. If you refuel regularly along the way, your destination is limitless.
If you build your motivation to be strong from the beginning, you can easily fill it up on the way so you don’t run out of gas during your journey.
That’s why I work with not only one but 11 reasons for which your goal is important to you. And what’s more, I focus mostly on why your aim will still be important to you after a few weeks (and months), when the first excitement of the new journey fades out.
I sit with my clients and dig deep:
After a 1 on 1 session of those and more follow-up questions you can easily pinpoint your 11 WHYs - the STRONG AND RELEVANT AND LASTING reasons that push you and will keep pushing you towards your desired outcome.
Next step is to have them displayed so you won’t forget about them and use them regularly to boost your motivation as long as you need.
