Information related to the processing of personal data
We hereby inform you that we process your personal data provided to us in connection with the use of our services.

Scope of processed data
We process your personal data provided by you in connection with delivering of our services. These data may include, in particular, the following information:

⦁   phone number,
⦁   e-mail address.
The data is collected at the time of contact via: the contact form, schedule on our webpage or telephone/e-mail.

Purposes and bases of processing your personal data
The data is processed for the following purposes and based on the following legal grounds:
⦁    conclusion and performance of the contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR),
⦁    issuing an invoice (only at the request of the customer),
⦁    identification of the returning customer, reconstruction of the course of cooperation, exchanged correspondence, prepared documents, etc., which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
⦁    communication based on your consent you give us while purchasing products or offers from our website. 

Data recipients
The following entities may participate in the processing of your personal data:
⦁    invoicing system provider - in the scope of using invoicing software under which personal data is processed for the purpose of issuing an invoice,
⦁    IT service - in the scope of providing IT service, which may involve access to personal data processed as part of IT resources,
⦁    subcontractors - reservation management system

⦁    financial transactions relating to our website and services are handled by our payment services providers PayPal and Stripe. We will share transaction data with our payment services providers only to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing your payments, refunding such payments and dealing with complaints and queries relating to such payments and refunds.

All of the above entities participate in the processing of personal data on the basis of concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data. All these entities ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.


Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our business activity, unless you object to the processing of personal data earlier, which will result in the deletion of this data. The objection will be effective after the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Until then, your personal data will be necessary for us to determine, pursue or defend claims. Please also remember that when it comes to data contained in accounting documentation, such documentation must be kept for the period resulting from the provisions of law.

In connection with the processing of personal data, you have the following rights:

⦁    the right to delete data (if in your opinion there are no grounds for us to process your data, you may request that we delete it),
⦁    the right to limit data processing (you may request that we limit the processing of data only to their storage or performance of actions agreed with you, if in your opinion we have incorrect data or we process them unjustifiably),
⦁    the right to object to data processing (you have the right to object to data processing on the basis of a legitimate interest; you should indicate to us your particular situation which, in your opinion, justifies us ceasing the processing covered by the objection; we will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the grounds for data processing by us override your rights or that your data are necessary for us to establish, pursue or defend claims),
⦁    the right to transfer data (you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format personal data that you have provided to us on the basis of a contract or your consent; you can order us to send this data directly to another entity),
⦁   the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (if you find that we are processing data unlawfully, you may submit a complaint to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office or other competent supervisory authority).
