We hereby inform you that we process your personal data provided to us in connection with the use of our services.

⦁ issuing an invoice (only at the request of the customer),
⦁ identification of the returning customer, reconstruction of the course of cooperation, exchanged correspondence, prepared documents, etc., which is our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR),
⦁ communication based on your consent you give us while purchasing products or offers from our website.

⦁ invoicing system provider - in the scope of using invoicing software under which personal data is processed for the purpose of issuing an invoice,
⦁ IT service - in the scope of providing IT service, which may involve access to personal data processed as part of IT resources,

All of the above entities participate in the processing of personal data on the basis of concluded contracts for entrusting the processing of personal data. All these entities ensure an appropriate level of personal data protection.
Data retention period
Your personal data will be stored for the duration of our business activity, unless you object to the processing of personal data earlier, which will result in the deletion of this data. The objection will be effective after the expiration of the limitation period for claims under the concluded contract. Until then, your personal data will be necessary for us to determine, pursue or defend claims. Please also remember that when it comes to data contained in accounting documentation, such documentation must be kept for the period resulting from the provisions of law.
