How does it work?

Yes, that's exactly what I thought back in 2014 when I was diagnosed with depression and struggled to be a Good Mom of 2
I remember sitting around thinking "I whish I could figure it out and didn't let that happen to me".
I just wanted to raise happy children, enjoying every minute of my motherhood. Turned out, everything you are expected to do as a mother is making you miserable and your children have to deal with your emotions before they learn how to deal with theirs.
What helped me to shift my thinking and actually put myself first for everyones’ good, were the moments I took as breaks from parenting to reconnect with myself. I soon discovered that I am More than a Mother and my identity is not JUST being the Mother. I AM THE WOMAN WHO RAISES CHILDREN. And that changed my life. And that can change yours too.
I have 13 years of experience in reclaiming my identity as a woman beyond the mother and 16 years experience of helping others embracing their potential. I work with you to help you find your own way to a happy life beyond your motherhood.
